ATTENTION ACV Guests, within 2 weeks of your departure, ACV will forward a link for Online Check In. Once the link is completed Global Homes will provide check in details for your stay. 

Guests staying at Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort will register and pick up their keys at the GMSI office located at: 12601 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. For arrivals after hours, the keys may be picked up from the lock box at the front door of the office.  Enter code 2323* and then press the key symbol button. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Guest Vouchers will be provided at check in. The Vouchers are given to the security guard for access to the resort. One sheet per foursome, per home (or per car, per home) should be provided upon check-in. Registration, Security Deposit, and Property Protection Fee: All guests must register with Global by noon the day following arrival or they may be subject to lockout. Your reservation includes a prepaid Property Protection Fee. This fee is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence are the responsibility of the guest and are not covered by this waiver. A credit card number must be given at the time of check-in to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if items are stolen or intentionally damaged in the rental property. The property should be left reasonably clean. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the credit card for costs to cover extra cleaning.

• High Chair - $53 per week + tax ( $7 each additional)                
• Rollaway Bed - $95 per week + tax ($14 + tax each additional day)  
• Bed Rails - $35 per week + tax ($5 + tax each additional day)
• Single Stroller - $60 per week + tax ($9 each additional)
• Double Stroller - $75 per week + tax ($10 each additional)
• Single Jogger Stroller - $72 per week + Tax ( $10 each additional)
• Refrigerator - $165 per week + tax ($26 + tax each additional day)
• Pet Fee : 3 BR=$100 per week + tax, (*Non-Refundable | This would include steam cleaning carpets, upholstery and dry cleaning the bedding if necessary)

Rental items not ordered in advance will be charged an additional $15 for delivery and cannot be guaranteed for sameday delivery. Delivery will be within 24 hours during normal business hours and 48 hours on weekends and holidays. All items are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change.

Effective immediately, All Windsor Hills guests who want to use the clubhouse amenities, specifically the community pool, hot tub and Sir Windsor AquaVenture (water park), will need to obtain a wrist band from the Welcome Center. There will be NO COST to booked guests for the wrist bands    

The Welcome Center at Windsor Hills will provide bands based on the number of bedrooms as follows:     

• 3 Bedroom - Max 8 bands       

If there are more guests than as noted , additional bands for the length of stay will be available a cost of $10.00 per band

Main office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. In-house guests may reach Global Vacation Rentals during business hours at 407-387-3030. Messages left after hours will be returned on the next business day.

Any guest requiring immediate assistance after hours may call 407-387-3030 and choose option 9 at the main menu. This line is for emergency after hour assistance only and a fee will be applied to guest for non-emergency use.

Terms and Conditions

• Call certificates or exchange certificates must be exchanged for the applicable ticket at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations window
• Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
• The persons who will use the Special Offer Canada Resident Tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up
• Discounted Canada Resident Offer tickets are valid for 5+ Day Walt Disney World Base, Park Hopper, Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Tickets
• Date-based tickets expire depending on the length of ticket purchased
